En los últimos años, debido a la mejora de la calidad de los productos y al aumento de regulaciones alimentarias, la trazabilidad ha adquirido cada vez más importancia y se ha extendido a una amplia variedad de industrias.

En la industria del packaging, por ejemplo, la trazabilidad ocupa un papel relevante en el sistema de gestión de calidad de las  empresas. Existen diferentes formas de realizar el registro de trazabilidad y de buscar esos registros.

Trazabilidad en SisPro

A continuación veremos cómo una empresa que utiliza SisPro para el control de la producción, implementa el registro detallado de materias primas para llevar trazabilidad.

REGISTRO DE ENTRADA DE MATERIA PRIMA

Desde SisPro se genera una etiqueta única para la materia prima. Luego, esta etiqueta es escaneada utilizando un lector de códigos de barras al momento de ingresar la materia prima en los procesos.

REGISTRO A TRAVÉS DE CÓDIGOS DE BARRA

Cada material cuenta con un código único que es escaneado para su identificación al momento de utilizarse.

GENERACIÓN DE UN NUEVO PRODUCTO

Al generar un nuevo producto impreso, se le asigna un código de barra único que lo identifica. Simultáneamente, se registra un movimiento en el inventario dentro del sistema ERP.

SEGUIMIENTO DE LOS MATERIALES UTILIZADOS

El código de la orden de producción permite realizar un seguimiento detallado de los materiales utilizados. Además, se puede determinar si dichos materiales fueron empleados en otros trabajos.

Trazabilidad en la Agroindustria | SofOS

Durante el proceso productivo, se consume la materia prima desde SisPro Terminal (Control de Producción Automático), lo que permite registrar qué máquina y qué operador están utilizando la materia prima. Al mismo tiempo, se generan rótulos de identificación para el siguiente proceso.

De esta forma, todos los procesos quedan registrados y la información se puede consultar fácilmente cuando se necesite.
